For the last 95 years, the Party has led the country to obtain continuous victories, from the triumph of the August 1945 Revolution to seize power and liberate the country, the successes of the protracted resistance wars against France and the US to the ongoing national development, political and social stability, firmly safeguarded independence and sovereignty, and the country’s increasing stature and prestige in the international arena.

Paying tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at the memorial house dedicated to him at the relic site, the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board expressed endless gratitude to Uncle Ho – a talented leader and great teacher of the Vietnamese revolution who devoted his entire life to national independence, reunification, and freedom and happiness for the people.

Following the President’s teachings, over the past years, despite numerous adversities, the Party organisation, administration, and people of all ethnic groups in Hoa Binh province have stayed united to overcome difficulties and challenges, promote self-reliance and resilience, mobilise every resource, and capitalise on all potential to boost socio-economic development, enhance national defence – security, and improve the quality of people’s material and spiritual lives.

The province’s Party organisation, administration, and people pledged to uphold and bring into play the revolutionary tradition, forever follow the revolutionary path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho, maintain unanimity, and address all difficulties to help realise the goal of "rich people, strong country, and democratic, equal, and civilised society”.
