On the occasion of the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930–2025), the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board offered flowers and incense in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh at the relic site of the late leader’s visit to the Chi Hoa production group in Luong Son district on February 3. The delegation included Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee; Bui Duc Hinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; other members of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, and leaders of the Party Committee of Luong Son district.

For the last 95
years, the Party has led the country to obtain continuous victories, from the
triumph of the August 1945 Revolution to seize power and liberate the country,
the successes of the protracted resistance wars against France and the US to
the ongoing national development, political and social stability, firmly
safeguarded independence and sovereignty, and the country’s increasing stature
and prestige in the international arena.
Paying
tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at the memorial house dedicated to him at the
relic site, the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board expressed endless
gratitude to Uncle Ho – a talented leader and great teacher of the Vietnamese
revolution who devoted his entire life to national independence, reunification,
and freedom and happiness for the people.
Following
the President’s teachings, over the past years, despite numerous adversities,
the Party organisation, administration, and people of all ethnic groups in Hoa
Binh province have stayed united to overcome difficulties and challenges,
promote self-reliance and resilience, mobilise every resource, and capitalise
on all potential to boost socio-economic development, enhance national defence
– security, and improve the quality of people’s material and spiritual lives.
The
province’s Party organisation, administration, and people pledged to uphold and
bring into play the revolutionary tradition, forever follow the revolutionary
path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho, maintain unanimity, and address all
difficulties to help realise the goal of "rich people, strong country, and
democratic, equal, and civilised society”.
The Steering Committee for the Development of Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation of Hoa Binh province convened a meeting on March 11 to deploy key tasks.

It was attended by senior provincial officials, including Bui Thi Minh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council; Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; other members of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee; and members of the document subcommittee.
Muong Bi - Tan Lac, one of the four major Muong ethnic minority-inhabited regions in Hoa Binh, is known for not only its distinctive cultural identity but also its proud history of heroism, with great contributions to the victory against US invaders in the past. Today, Tan Lac district continues to uphold this legacy while embracing development and renewal.
March 3 marked the first official working day for specialised agencies under the provincial People's Committee following the merger or transfer of functions and tasks from the previous agencies. On this day, the newly merged departments and agencies took proactive steps to arrange personnel, organise workflows, and implement tasks efficiently, ensuring that administrative procedures were carried out smoothly without interruption.
