In the afternoon of December 21, the provincial working delegation led by Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, the Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council visited and congratulated Phat Diem Diocese (Kim Son district, Ninh Binh province) on the occasion of Christmas in 2023. There was also the participation of Mr. Bui Tien Luc, the Member of the Standing Committee, the Head of the Mass Mobilization of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front and leaders from the Department of Home Affairs, the Provincial Public Security and the Provincial People's Committee Office.

Phat Diem Diocese currently has more than 161 thousand parishioners, including 9 dioceses with 86 parishes. Our province has Khoan Du Parish (Lac Thuy), Di Dan Parish (Yen Thuy) belonging to Phat Diem Diocese.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, the People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council sent Phat Diem Diocese good wishes and a peaceful and warm Christmas season. He informed about the outstanding results of the province's economic, cultural, social, security and defense development in 2023. The work of building the Party, government, Fatherland Front and unions was carried out effectively. The economy has gradually recovered and developed; Culture and society have been cared for, the social security has been guaranteed, the people's lives have been improved; the national defense and security have been maintained. Achieving those results, in addition to the focused leadership, direction, management and administration of the Party Committee and the authorities at all levels in the province, there is also the consensus, the solidarity, the participation and active support of the people and fellow Catholics in the province, including the priests, dignitaries, officials, and Catholic people of Phat Diem Diocese.

The Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee wishes that in the coming time, the bishops, the priests, the dignitaries, and the civil servants, with their prestige and virtue, will continue to promote the good values of the religion and national culture to propagate and mobilize Catholics to feel secure, confident, and exemplary in complying with the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and other provincial policies and guidelines. It is necessary to mobilize the parishioners to live a good life and good religion; Emulating in production, joining forces, uniting, actively participating and responding to the patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Party, the State and the locality, especially the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized cities”...
