n February 21, at Ngo Quyen High School (Hoa Binh City), the Provincial Literature and Arts Association collaborated with Ngo Quyen High School to organize the XXII Vietnam Poetry Day in 2024 with the theme the "Country Harmony”.

There was the participation of the representatives of the poetry clubs, the artists and artisans, the poetry lovers in the province and many artists who are the outstanding children of Hoa Binh's hometown and they are currently living and composing outside the province, the writers and artists from the Central Professional Association from Hanoi.
After the opening drum sound of Poetry Day, the poets and artists performed many works of poetry and music with the theme of love for the homeland, country, praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the love between couples and family. The most prominent and defining feature in the prehistoric era of Hoa Binh is the Hoa Binh Culture. The Culture was first discovered in Hoa Binh. The significant prehistoric culture represents not only Vietnam but also Southeast Asia and southern China. Through excavations of cave sites in the limestone regions of Hoa Binh, French archaeologist M. Colani introduced the world to a "Stone Age in Hoa Binh province – Northern Vietnam" in 1927. On January 30, 1932, the First Congress of Far Eastern Prehistorians, held in Hanoi, officially recognised the Hoa Binh Culture.
