The Youth Football League Cup of Hoa Binh City is for teenagers between the ages of 11-14 and is held once a year in the summer in order to create a healthy playground and develop the sports movement, At the same time, this can help look for excellent talent players to continue training and fostering to participate in provincial and regional tournaments.

This football season brings together 10 teams with 120 players from the communes and wards in the city. In addition, the organizers also awarded style prize for Thinh Lang Ward; gave two extra prizes for the best player and best scorer of the season.
