(HBO) - The Karatedo Federation of Hoa Binh Province has just held the second Karatedo Open Championship of Hoa Binh Province in 2018.


The athletesare competing in the content of Kata women team.

TheChampionship was participated by 350 athletes from 6 Karatedo clubs in the districtsand city of Hoa Binh province and 14 clubs from other northern provinces including Bac Giang, Hanoi, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Vinh Phuc, Nghe An, Hai Phong, Son La. The athletes competed in 70 sets of medals with 2 contentsof Kata (teamwork, male and female individuals - by age and weight category), Kumite (teamwork, male and female individuals - by age and weight category).

At the end of the Championship, the Organizing Committee awarded 90 gold medals, 90 silver medals and 180 bronze medals to the excellent athletes. In the end, the Organizing Committee awarded the first team prize to Vuong Gia Club (Thanh Hoa) with 24 gold medals, 12 silver medals and 17 bronze medals. Thuong Xuan Club (Thanh Hoa) won the second team prize with 14 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 15 bronze medals. Ba Vi Club (Hanoi) ranked the third with 12 gold medals, 6 silver medals and 14 bronze medals.

The second Karatedo Open Championships of Hoa Binh Province is the chance to compete, exchange and learn the experiencesfrom other Karateo Clubs inside and outside the province. This is also an opportunity to evaluate the training mission for young athletes in the localities, helping the Karateo Federation of Hoa Binh province select and focus on investing and training young excellent athletes for regional and national tournaments. The Second Karatedo Open Championships of Hoa Binh Province also contributesto promoting tourism potential, introducing Hoa Binh culture to friends from everywhere.

Enforcement Departments of 7 Provinces in the Northeastern and Mountainous Regions On February 19th, at the Hoa Binh Province Sports Hall, the Cluster of Judicial Departments and Civil Judgment Enforcement Departments of 7 provinces in the Northeastern and Mountainous regions, including Hoa Binh, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Bac Kan, Yen Bai, Bac Giang and Phu Tho organized a friendly sports competition. A total of 52 athletes from the provinces in the cluster participated in the competition.
