(HBO) – Hoa Binh Hydropower Company has organised the third open tennis tournament 2018 to mark the 30th founding anniversary of the company (November 9, 1988). The tournament saw the participation of ten tennis clubs in Hoa Binh province and leaders of provincial departments, Hoa Binh city, Son La Hydropower Company and Hoa Binh Power Company.
Athletes won high prizes in the U-45 men’s double tennis event.
The
tournament featured the above 46 year-old women’s and men’s doubles and U-45
women’s and men’s doubles. After three days of competition, the organising
board presented awards to athletes with the most outstanding performance. The
first prize of the women’s double event went to Pham Thi Kim Lien and Dinh Thi
Thuy from Hoa Binh Hydropower Company while the second was claimed by Nguyen
Hai Au and Nguyen Thi Loan from the Party Committee of Hoa Binh province. Le
Thi Nga and Luu Thi Minh from Son La Hydropower Company brought home the third
prize.
In the above
46-year-old men’s double event, Nguyen Ngoc Loi and Ly Quang Minh from Hoa Binh
Hydropower Company pocketed the first prize. Bui Van Hung and Hoang Ly Hai from
Hoa Binh province’s Police earned the second prize, and Vu Van Binh and Bui Van
Thong from Hoa Binh city’s tennis club won the third prize.
In the U-45 men’s
double category, the prizes went to Khuong Minh Tuan-Nguyen Quang Dung from Hoa
Binh Lottery Company, Trinh Trung Hai-Nguyen Trong Nghia from Hoa Binh city’s
tennis club, and Bui Xuan Thang-Bui Ngoc Quang from the Song Da tennis club.
The
tournament aims to create a playground for clubs inside and outside Hoa Binh
province, while maintaining and developing movements to improve health for
local officials./.

The Hoa Binh provincial Health sector trade union organized the 1st expanded Hoa Binh provincial Health sector Pickleball tournament in 2025.
At the Hoa Binh provincial sports arena, the Organizing Committee of the 8th Hoa Binh City Sports Festival 2025 held youth and championship crossbow shooting, tug of war, and stick pushing tournaments.
Enforcement Departments of 7 Provinces in the Northeastern and Mountainous Regions
On February 19th, at the Hoa Binh Province Sports Hall, the Cluster of Judicial Departments and Civil Judgment Enforcement Departments of 7 provinces in the Northeastern and Mountainous regions, including Hoa Binh, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Bac Kan, Yen Bai, Bac Giang and Phu Tho organized a friendly sports competition. A total of 52 athletes from the provinces in the cluster participated in the competition.
At 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 16th, at Hoa Binh Provincial Stadium, Hoa Binh Football Club (Hoa Binh FC) played against Long An Football Club (Long An FC) in round 9 of the National First Division Football Tournament - Bia Sao Vang, 2024 - 2025. The dramatic match ended in a 0-0 draw when no goals were scored.
At 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 16th, at Hoa Binh Provincial Stadium, Hoa Binh Football Club (Hoa Binh FC) played against Long An Football Club (Long An FC) in round 9 of the National First Division Football Tournament - Bia Sao Vang, 2024 - 2025.
