(HBO) - Up to now, all districts and cities in the province have built a team of sports guides and collaborators. They are a bridge contributing to the growing movement of physical training and sports in the locality.

The Cultural and Social Officials in Huu Nghi Ward (Hoa Binh City) as well as the sports guides and collaborators are exchanging professionalism with the active nuclei participating in sports activities in the area.

According to the statistics of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in 2019, the localities have trained and fostered 451 sports collaborators. Lac Thuy district has trained the most with 80 collaborators. There are 75 collaborators in Hoa Binh city, there are 70 collaborators in Luong Son district, there are 48 collaborators in Mai Chau district ... There are 9 districts and cities organizing professional training courses on the sports guides and collaborators for the officials of the districts and communes, wards and towns.

Currently, the members of the sports guides and collaborators in the localities are mainly mem and women account very little. Lac Son district, for example, has 30 sports collaborators, but only 2 people are women, Mai Chau district has 3 female sports collaborators ...

In the coming time, in order to maximize the role, ability and responsibility of the sports guides and collaborators, the provincial culture, sports and tourism sector should continue to strengthen the extensive, effective propaganda, regimes and policies for the officials in communes, wards and townships as well as the contingent of sports collaborators. It is necessary to continue organizing many training courses on professional skills and to provide materials on sports. It is also important to strengthen propaganda on physical training and sports development to raise the public awareness.
