On November 2nd, the Residential Group No.3, Ky Son Ward (Hoa Binh City) organized the Great National Solidarity and the Culture Festival between the local people and the armed forces in 2024. residential group No.3, Ky Son ward has 235 households with 986 people.

civilized city”, the officers, the party members and the people in the

State's policies and laws. Trying to complete the task of the economic,
cultural and social development, maintaining the political security, the social
order and safety; the great solidarity bloc continues to be cốnlidated; 100% of
the households in the residential area well implement the regulations on
civilized living in weddings and funerals. Up to now, the average income in the
residential area is estimated to reach 82 million VND a year; 98.6% of the
households in the residential area meet the standards of the cultural family;
the rate of people buying the health insurance reaches over 95%...

occasion, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, and Fatherland
Front of the province; The City’s Party Committee, the People's Committee of
Hoa Binh City and other departments, branches and unions presented flowers and
gifts to congratulate Residential Area No. 3. In the residential area there is
