Speaking at the event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui
Dinh Phong mentioned four basic contents of the programme, including some
general issues of Ho Chi Minh style, especially his working style; building the
working style of officials and Party members following the thought, morality
and style of President Ho Chi Minh; building the leadership style of leaders
following the thought, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh; and some measures
to implement the 2018 theme.
The working style in the thought and moral
example of President Ho Chi Minh was shown throughout all activities in his
revolutionary life. Each official, Party member and leader must raise the sense
of responsibility, promote democracy and obey disciplines, while keeping close
relations with the people to understand their thinking and aspirations. They
should grasp grassroots reality, while practicing a scientific and creative working
style and flexible application of all policies and guidelines of the Party in the
specific conditions of their agencies and localities. Developing the working
style of officials and Party members, especially leaders, following the moral
example of President Ho Chi Minh is an important task of the whole Party, people
and army to build the pure and strong Party deserving "the embodiment of brainpower,
conscience and pride of the nation."
Addressing the teleconference, Tran Dang Ninh, Vice
Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, suggested that following the 2018
thematic study, leaders of agencies and units, standing members of Party Committees
of districts and Hoa Binh city should work out their study plans in their
localities and agencies in an effective and timely manner. It is necessary to combine
the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW and the Resolution of the 12thParty Central Committee’s fourth plenum on Party building and reorganisation.
At the same time, it is necessary to promptly deal with urgent issues in the localities,
while criticizing and fixing wrongful perceptions and struggling with wrongful
and distorting arguments of hostile forces.
Party committees and organisations of
localities, agencies and units are required to identify breakthrough contents
in order to make a clear progress in learning and following President Ho Chi
Minh’s example, while continuing to build and perfect professional ethics. It
is also necessary to strengthen communications on the thought, morality and
style of President Ho Chi Minh, the results of implementation of Directive
05-CT/TW, "good people - good deeds"; outstanding collectives and
individuals; and effective models and experience to be multiplied throughout
the province.
Departments, agencies, agencies and units
should help communes under Programme 135 on supporting poor localities in the 2017-2020
period by taking measures to develop typical product for each commune to
promote socio-economic growth.
