Esquel Vietnam is an example of creating jobs for local labourers. Officially launched in 2013, the company has enjoyed stable operation and well-implemented policies for its workers.

The company is providing jobs for 4,000 people with average monthly income of 5-6 million VND per person. After the 2018 Lunar New Year holiday, all labourers returned to work, starting their production plans this year. The company is projected to expand its production, generating 5,000 jobs in 2019.

Deputy Minister Cao Quoc Hung lauded Esquel Vietnam’s efforts to bolster production and business, as well as care for its workers. He also voiced his hope that local authorities will create optimal conditions for the company and other businesses operating efficiently at the Luong Son Industrial Park. Thus, they could fulfil all production targets and plans, contributing to the province’s economic structure shifting./.
