(HBO) – On the occasion of the action month for children 2018, on June 4, the Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Hoa Binh province presented gifts to students living in difficulties in Dong Tam and Phu Thanh communes, Lac Thuy district.

Themed "For a safe and healthy life of children in a digital world”,
the action month for children 2018 aims to better ensure the rights of
children, particularly the right to engage in child-related issues and the
right to be protected from violence and abuse in a digital world.
On this occasion, the delegation of the department visited and
granted 45 gifts, including cash, schoolbags and notebooks, to students in Dong
Tam and Phu Thanh communes.
In addition, the district People’s Committee presented gifts to 10
children with difficulties.
This was a practical activity showing local authorities’
responsibility for the community, and encouraging poor students to overcome
difficulties and achieve better learning performance./.

The Prime Minister-approved master plan to develop the multi-use value of forests ecosystems through 2030, with a vision to 2050, aims to improve the management and sustainable use of forest resources, create jobs, increase incomes, and improve the living standards of ethnic minorities, people in mountainous and remote areas, forest workers and those living near forests.
