(HBO) – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Committee Nguyen Van Quang on September 26 presided over a dialogue between the committee and representatives of FDI businesses in the locality. Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Bui Van Khanh, representatives of departments and agencies, Chairmen of the People’s Committees of Hoa Binh city and Luong Son district, representatives of businesses at industrial parks and infrastructure investors also attended the dialogue.

In implementing the direction of the provincial People’s
Committee, competent agencies sent dialogue invitations to 34 enterprises and
received 11 responses. Enterprises in the Luong Son Industrial Park asked the
committee to address the unstable electricity supply to serve production. Competent
departments and agencies should pay more attention to training; guiding the
implementation of policies and laws on employment, tax and social insurance;
accessing and participating in emulation programmes in order to promote
production.

Concluding the dialogue, Chairman Nguyen Van Quang stressed that
the dialogue is a success as it met the set requirements. The provincial
People’s Committee has held many dialogues with enterprises, aiming to
accompany businesses and investors, and create the best possible conditions for
enterprises to produce sustainably.
He assigned departments and agencies to acquire opinions of the
FDI businesses and investors to give consultations to the provincial People’s
Committee in easing their difficulties.
The official also asked the Hoa Binh Power Company, and the management board of
industrial parks to join hands with An Thinh Hoa Binh Land JSC to ensure stable
power supply for businesses and soon discuss with businesses to build
kindergartens and houses for workers.
Da Hop Commerce JSC will coordinate with relevant units to address
the need for clean water and serve the production of R Technical Research
Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The FDI businesses and investors were also encouraged to meet with
directors of departments and agencies to settle difficulties./.
