(HBO) – The kindergarten of Thanh Nong commune in Lac Thuy district has just received a certificate recognising that it has meet the national standards of Level Two.

Committee of Lac Thuy district congratulated teachers and children of the
kindergarten on receiving the certificate.
Over the past five years, teachers and staff of Thanh
Nong kindergarten have worked hard to complete their tasks, fulfilling and
surpassing all targets assigned by the locality and the sector.
Currently, the Thanh Nong kindergarten has 34 management
officials, teachers and staff who are highly qualified. It is serving 450
children divided into 15 classes in five facilities. They are classified in
ages and receiving proper programmes, with 97 percent of children of nursery
group attending the classes regularly and 100 percent of children at the age of
5 completing the pre-school education programme.
The rate of children with good health has increased
through the years, and the number of malnutrition and stunned children
decreased.
At the same time, the school has made good performance
in calling for the engagement of the society in education by encouraging families,
the community and enterprises to donate working days and money to construct
playground, kitchen and surrounding walls in its facility, with the total value
of nearly 250 million VND.
Recognizing the school’s efforts and the support of
the local administration in building infrastructure for the school, on June 19,
the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Hoa Binh province signed Decision
1439 to recognise the Thanh Nong pre-school as a national standard school at Level
Two.
The Standing Board of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee met on March 18 to review and guide major investment projects aimed at boosting local socio-economic development.

Replacing substandard houses with more sturdy ones by June 30 is the direction given by Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee, at a meeting held in early March by the provincial Steering Committee for the programme to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for the needy.
Recognising digital transformation as an inevitable trend, authorities and agencies in Hoa Binh have made great efforts in the work by focusing on three core pillars - digital government, digital society, and digital economy, resulting in enhanced competitiveness, improved investment climate, and ensured economic and social welfare.
In recent years, Da Bac district has improved administrative reform with a one-stop shop mechanism, streamlined inter-agency procedures, and a shift to digital platforms. These efforts have enhanced public service efficiency and contributed to local socio-economic development.
