(HBO) – The Hoa Binh provincial People’s Committee on December 17 announced the decisions on rotating and assigning the post of Acting Chairperson of the Lac Son district People’s Committee to Nguyen Ngoc Diep.

Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Bui Van Cuu presents the rotation
decisions to Nguyen Ngoc Diep, who now holds the post of Acting Chairman of the
Lac Son district People’s Committee.
At the ceremony, Director of the provincial
Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Viet Trong announced a decision on cadre
rotation issued by the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee.
Accordingly, Deputy Director of the provincial
Department of Planning and Investment Nguyen Ngoc Diep is rotated to assume
tasks at the Lac Son district People’s Committee. He is assigned to take part
in the executive and standing boards of the district Party Committee and hold
the post of Vice Secretary of the district Party Committee in the 2015-2020
tenure. This decision also nominates Diep for the chairmanship of the Lac Son
People’s Committee in the 2016-2021 tenure, which will be elected by the
district People’s Council.
Trong also announced the provincial People’s
Committee’s decision on rotating and assigning the post of Acting Chairperson
of the Lac Son People’s Committee to Diep.
After presenting the decisions, Vice Chairman of
the provincial People’s Committee Bui Van Cuu congratulated the new Acting
Chairman of the People’s Committee, as well as the whole Party organisation and
people of Lac Son district.
He expressed his hope that Diep, with the new
role, responsibility and tasks, will swiftly grasp the local situation and help
with local development.
He also asked local authorities to elect a
Chairperson of the district People’s Committee soon and support the Acting
Chairman to fulfill the assigned tasks./.
The Standing Board of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee met on March 18 to review and guide major investment projects aimed at boosting local socio-economic development.

Replacing substandard houses with more sturdy ones by June 30 is the direction given by Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee, at a meeting held in early March by the provincial Steering Committee for the programme to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for the needy.
