HBO – The Naval Technical Institute, in collaboration with the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee’s Information and Education Board, held an event to disseminate information about Vietnam’s sea and islands and attract human resources for building a modern navy at Hoang Van Thu High School for Gifted Students.

At the event, the institute’s officers briefed the school’s teachers and students on Vietnam’s current sea and island situation as well as the Party and State’s stance, policies and measures to solve the East Sea issue. Moreover, they were also offered a chance to learn about the institute’s formation and development process.

The event contributed to educating participants on the revolutionary tradition and patriotism, and inspiring them to the love for national sea and islands, thus creating a motivation to improve their responsibility of safeguarding the border and islands and building a strong and prosperous nation.

It also helped orient students in choosing their future occupation, thus contributing to supplementing human resources for building a modern and regular navy.
