(HBO) - The Veterans’ Union of Hoa Binh city held the Emulation Congress "Exemplary War Veterans" in the period from 2014 to 2019.

Currently, there are 4,876 members and 20 union facilities in the Veterans’ Union of Hoa Binh city. In the period from 2014 to 2019, implementing the emulation movement "Exemplary War Veterans", all levels of Hoa Binh Veterans' Union have performed well the emulation movements in all fields.

All levels of the Union have built 155 models of order and security in residential areas. Responding to the movement of "War Veterans joining hands to build new rural and civilized cities", the officials and the members have donated 16,077m2 of land, 392 million VND and 2,798 labor days for road construction and social welfare works.

The levels of the Union have built and repaired 11 teammate charity houses. They have been participating in the economic development, the hunger eradication and the poverty alleviation, creating jobs for 1,618 children of the officials, the members and the local people with a stable income of over VND 50 million a person yearly ...
