(HBO) – The Hoa Binh provincial public security force recently held a conference to review the 10-year implementation of the Ministry of Public Security’s Directive No.03/CT-BCA-X11 on perfecting district-level public security force to fulfil security and order protection tasks in a new situation.

In 10 years carrying out the directive, the provincial police has focused on leading and steering the synchronous
implementation of the directive’s contents, thus creating strong changes in all
fields of operation. The number of officers and policemen having master’s and
bachelor’s degrees has increased, contributing to crime investigations and
settlement.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister
of Public Security Sen. Lieut. Gen. Nguyen Van Thanh voiced his hope that the
Hoa Binh provincial public security force will uphold the sense of
responsibility in advising local Party Committee and authorities to ensure
security and order at the grassroots level, and work side by side with local
authorities and people in safeguarding political security and social order and
safety so as to bring about a peaceful life for locals.
Chairman of the provincial People’s
Committee Nguyen Van Quang requested the provincial public security force to
continue to perform well the role of advisor to local Party Committee and
authorities in directing the building of district-level police forces following
the Ministry of Public Security’s Directive No.03/CT-BCA-X11 and in carrying
out a project to deploy regular police officers to positions in communal-level
public security force in accordance with the Ministry of Public Security’s
guidance and directions./.
