(HBO) – Vice Chairman of the Hoa Binh provincial People’s Council Hoang Van Tu and a working group from the Council have inspected administrative reforms at the Department of Construction.

According to the
department’s report, the department carried out administrative renovation
missions as planned during 2015 - August, 2017. Administrative procedure
simplification was conducted and checked quarterly and annually and its
outcomes were submitted in accordance with regulations.
The department announced the standardisation of 38 new administrative
procedures, including 31 provincial-level procedures and seven at district
levels while abrogating 28 procedures.
The department has jurisdiction to tackle 42 administrative procedures,
comprising 31 standardised procedures. The procedures are publicised on the
department’s portal and posted up at the department’s one-door mechanism. From
August 1, 2017 they are listed at the department’s receiving and returning
result section at the provincial administrative centre. During the two year
period, the department tackled 2,031 administrative procedures among total
2,037 procedures in a timely manner. It ranked 17th among 20
provincial departments in administrative reform index in 2015 and moved to
ninth place in 2016.
At the event, participants discussed and clarify results in administrative
reforms achieved by the department, including organisation, re-arrangement of
its units and administrative disciplines for its staff and the efficiency of
quality management system applied ISO 9001:2008 standard.
