(HBO) - At Hoa Binh City, Ha Nam and Hoa Binh Departments of Industry and Trade signed the development cooperation in the field of Industry and Trade in the period of 2019-2020. The program took place after the conclusion of the meeting between the Standing Committees of Hoa Binh and Ha Nam Party Committees in April 2019.

the Departments of Industry and Trade have regularly exchanged and coordinated

provinces.
In the
framework of the Program signed, the two sides have shared and agreed on the
key contents of cooperation in the coming time: For the industry and small
industry, it is important to increase the exchange of information and
experiences on the development of industrial parks and industrial clusters, the
experience in attracting investment, actively introducing investors to conduct
surveys, learn and invest in industrial parks and industrial clusters of the 2
provinces. Regarding the trade, it is necessary to promote coordination in
organizing the connection programs, the trade promotion, the promotion and the
association of consumption of the advantageous and traditional products.
They
have been supporting the enterprises to participate in surveying the
consumption market of the advantageous products of each province. They have
also been enhancing the cooperation in the field of energy management through
exchanging and sharing the experiences in implementing the Law on Energy Saving
Use and the experience of State management of electricity activities for the
two Electricity Companies of the two provinces to ensure the supply of
electricity for the socio-economic development. The two sides have also agreed
to coordinate and support, connect and exchange the experiences in the field of
industrial promotion, export, international cooperation, safety techniques and
environment.
