(HBO) - Hoa Binh Economic & Technical College held a meeting to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the establishment of Hoa Binh Economic & Technical College.
The leaders of Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs are giving flowers to congratulate the college on the 45th anniversary of the establishment.
On June 30, 2015, the Minister of Education and Training
issued the Decision No. 2287/QD-BGDDT establishing Hoa Binh Economic &
Technical College on the basis of Economic & Technical High School. From
July 2017, the college has officially operated the system under the Law on
Vocational Education.
In the past 45 years, the school has trained and provided
38,423 turns of people as the human resources for the province (of which:
training and retraining 29,385 people for the projects, the departments, the
branches and the short-term vocational training; training 6,085 technicians
with the intermediate level; joint training2,247 bachelors, engineers and 489 masters).
The contingent of masters,
engineers, technicians and workers trained in the college are of good political
qualities, good professional qualifications, and they have been promoting their
capacity as the labor force and officials in the State management and
administrative agencies, the private enterprises, the prisons, the cooperatives
... in the province and throughout the country.
In recent years, along with improving facilities, the
college has paid attention to improving the quality of the teaching team.
Currently, the proportion of the lecturers with doctoral, master's and
postgraduate degrees accounts for 88%; the number of lecturers who has been
recognized as good teachers at provincial and college level is 30, and those
who have been recognized at the national level are 11.
Promoting the achieved results, the school year 2019-2020,
the college are trying to enroll and train 500 students of the intermediate and
official college level in 2019. They have been enrolling and collaboratively
training high school education for 270 students.
They have also been enrolling
200 targets at the university and master level and about 500 turns of people
for short-term training. They continue to maintain the leading position in the
emulation movement of blocks of secondary schools and colleges in Hoa Binh in
the school year 2019-2020.

These improvements have helped create favourable conditions for local residents and organisations to handle administrative procedures, contributing to the commune’s broader socio-economic development.
The Prime Minister-approved master plan to develop the multi-use value of forests ecosystems through 2030, with a vision to 2050, aims to improve the management and sustainable use of forest resources, create jobs, increase incomes, and improve the living standards of ethnic minorities, people in mountainous and remote areas, forest workers and those living near forests.
