(HBO) – The Hoa Binh provincial Bank for Social Policies had been assigned to provide a total of 13 billion VND in housing support loans to needy people as of the end of February.
Accordingly,
the bank is to lend three billion VND under the social housing support
programme targeting workers in industrial parks under the government’s Decree
No.100/2015/ND-CP, while another 10 billion VND will be lent to impoverished
families under Decision No.33/2015/QD/TTg.

provincial Bank for Social Policies at the transaction point in the commune.
The
bank has tasked its district branches with disbursing loans in accordance with
regulations. It also advised local Party committees and administrations on
channeling trusted capital to the bank for lending to poor people and other
groups eligible for preferential loans./.
