(HBO) - The Women's Union of Kim Boi district, Hoa Binh province in collaboration with the district Labour Union has launched the "zero VND booth" model in Tan Thanh area, Bo town.

It was part of activities to diversify support for women in
extremely difficult circumstances. The booth runs with the motto "share to
love". The poor come to pick up 1-5 items each, which are contributed by
those in better living conditions. It is open from Monday to Saturday. On the
launch day, the booth attracted a large number of visitors.
The model has received donations from individuals and
organisations with various items such as clothing, footwear, household
appliances, among others. The charity activity aims to help disadvantaged
families in the locality. It also helps raise the sense of responsibility of
organisations and trade unions for community-based charity work; call on
officials, cadres, trade union members and youths to exercise thrift, prevent
wastefulness and join hands to ease difficulties for the less fortunate in the
society./.
