At the beginning of the program, Mr. Quach The Ngoc, the Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department informed all officers, the Party members and the People about the results of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. Thereby, it is necessary to determine to make Hoa Binh province develop rapidly and sustainably, contributing to the successful implementation of the cause of the national construction and defense with the whole country.
