(HBO) – The Hoa Binh Power Company (PC Hoa Binh) has exerted efforts in promoting digital transformation in all of its business and services activities.

Deputy Director of PC Hoa Binh Luong Van Phuong said since the start of this year, the company has stepped up digital transformation across all fields and recorded positive results.
In business operation and customer services, the company has fulfilled 90 percent of the year's plans on signing electronic contracts with customers.
With the acceleration of information technology application, customer services quality has been constantly improved.
The rate of requests handled online via the public services portal hit over 76 percent, and that of handling services via electronic methods 95.95 percent, fulfilling set target.
PC Hoa Binh also completed the standards of remote measurement system in line with CMIS 3.0.
Besides, it has bolstered digital transformation in the fields of construction, inspection and internal management.
Phuong added that in the coming time, the firm will focus on digitalisation of data and professional procedures, application of new technology and automation in manufacturing and business operations, infrastructure building for digital transformation, along with communications and innovation.
To realise such targets, PC Hoa Binh assigned specific tasks to each affiliate. Heads of departments are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness in the update of software and management; and efficient organisation and use of the software system.
Units are asked to build software operation guidelines in tandem with the reality and ensure data will be updated in an accurate, frequent, prompt and legitimate manner./.
