(HBO) - On March 18th, at Hoa Binh Pedagogical College, the Department of Education and Training held a summary and award ceremony of the Provincial Competition for the Excellent Teachers at the lower high secondary level in the school year of 2021-2022.


The leaders from the Department of Education and Training are awarding certificates of merit to the teachers who won the first prize sat the Provincial Competition for the Excellent Teacher at the lower high secondary level in the school year of 2021-2022. 

The competition for the excellent teachers at lower secondary level took place from February 16 to 18 at 4 schools under the management of the Departments of Education and Training: Hoa Binh City, Cao Phong, Tan Lac with 4 exam subjects including Physics, History, Civic Education and Music. The competition attracted the participation of 81 excellent and typical teachers of the lower high schools all over the province. 

Despite the impact of Covid-9 epidemics, after 3 serious and objective days, the competition was a great success. The competition has contributed to motivating, encouraging and creating conditions for the teachers of slower high schools to learn, exchange experiences and professional knowledge, pedagogical skills, teaching and evaluating methods, how to organize students’ activities, how to exploit and use teaching aids and equipment effectively, which contributes to improving the quality of education in schools. 

At the end of the competition, the Department of Education and Training recognized the title of the excellent teacher at the provincial level for 81 out of the 81 candidates. Specifically, for Physics, 18 out of the 18 teachers won the title of the excellent teacher at the provincial level, in which, there were 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 4 third prizes, and 5 consolation prizes. For History, 20 out of the 20 teachers won the title of excellent teacher at the provincial level, of which, there were 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 5 third prizes, and 5 consolation prizes. For the Civic Education, there were 21 out of the 21 teachers winning the title of excellent teacher at the provincial level, in which, there were 2 first prizes, 5 second prizes, 5 third prizes, and 5 consolation prizes. For Music subject, 22 out of the 22 teachers won the title of excellent teacher at the provincial level, of which, there were 2 first prizes, 5 second prizes, 6 third prizes and 5 consolation prizes. 

The teachers winning the first prize include Bui Thi Khue from Song Da Lower High School (Hoa Binh City); Le Hoai Thanh from Dong Ruong Lower & High School (Da Bac) for Civic Education. For Physics, there were Le Huyen Thuong fromThanh Nong Lower & High School (Lac Thuy), Luong Tien Tho from Ly Tu Trong Lower High School (Hoa Binh City). For History, there were Do Thi Bay from Ly Tu Trong Lower High School (Hoa Binh City), Bui Thi Nga from Nam Phong Lower & High School (Cao Phong). For Music, there were Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao from Cao Duong Lower & High School (Luong Son), Nguyen Thi Huong from Lower High school in Chi Ne town (Lac Thuy).
