(HBO) - According to the People's Committee of Da Bac district, in 2023, the district aims to maintain 4 communes that have been recognized to meet the standards of the new rural area, trying to achieve the advanced rural standards and the model rural areas.
Through the program of the
construction of the new rủal area, the transport infrastructure in Da Bac
district has been gradually invested and completed. The photos are taken in Tu

Each of the remaining commune is
trying to achieve 1 or more criteria and maintain the achieved criteria. On
average, each commune has achieved 14 criteria for the district’s rural areas.
During the year, the district focused on standardizing and upgrading 2
provincial OCOP products from 3 stars; trying to have 1 commune to be
recognized to meet the advanced rural standards.
To achieve the set goals, the
district continues to perfect and standardize the works for the rural
infrastructure. The are the traffic, the irrigation, the electricity, the
domestic water, the schools, and the medical stations in the localities;
stepping up the emulation movement in the construction of the new rural areas;
implementing the solutions to improve the quality of life of the rural
residents, creating many production models associated with stable jobs for the
local people.
The Standing Board of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee met on March 18 to review and guide major investment projects aimed at boosting local socio-economic development.

Replacing substandard houses with more sturdy ones by June 30 is the direction given by Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee, at a meeting held in early March by the provincial Steering Committee for the programme to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for the needy.
