(HBO) – The steering committee for the "smart mass mobilisation” emulation movement and People’s Committee of Luong Son district launched a people-friendly governance model at the local single-door administrative unit.

Leaders of the Luong
Son Party Committee and People’s Committee present flowers congratulating the
launch of the people-friendly governance model.
The model was meant to create profound changes in the
working style of district-level officials and personnel from an
"administrative command" mindset to one of "service, guidance,
mobilisation, and persuasion."
It aims to cultivate a people-centered, approachable and
responsible working style with the ultimate goal of ensuring the satisfaction
of citizens with the management and administration of government at all levels.
Within five months, all 11 local communes and townships have
put the model into operation.
After the launch ceremony, the two committees are set to
conduct monthly and quarterly inspections and evaluations to draw lessons and
devise solutions to enhance the quality of related activities.
Administrative reform has been identified as a key priority in enhancing state governance, improving the business environment, and facilitating services for citizens and enterprises.
