Hoa Binh province’s Historical Archives Centre, and Department of Home Affairs have just published documents serving the building and socio-economic development of the province over the periods. Accordingly, the centre is currently preserving archives of the provincial People's Committee through the ages, departments, agencies and sectors of the province, and People's Committees of districts and Hoa Binh city.
These are sources of documents containing
authentic, highly reliable information, and holding a particularly important
position in forming the historical archive of the province. They are a valuable
and important historical source which has the most comprehensive, complete,
vivid and authentic demonstration of the process of formation, construction,
and struggle to protect the country by Hoa Binh’s people since 1945 on
socio-economic, political, and cultural aspects. Many of them hold contents on
the establishment and merger of administrative boundaries of the province, and
agencies and organisations in the province. Most of the documents are widely
used and easily accessible in accordance with the law.
These documents can serve display,
exhibition, and dissemination works, scientific research, be used to write
theses and dissertations, and for making films and writing books about the
history of activities and traditions of agencies, sectors, and localities.
Implementing the Prime Minister’s Decision
No. 2194/QD-TTg, dated December 24, 2021, on approving a programme to disclose
national archives to serve nation building, sovereignty safeguarding and
socio-economic development; and the provincial People's Committee’s Plan No.
160/KH-UBND, dated September 12, 2022, on publishing national archives to serve
nation building, sovereignty safeguarding and socio-economic development in the
2022 - 2030 period, the centre introduced the documents to agencies,
organisations, businesses and people, and wants to receive cooperation in
disseminating, exploiting and using existing documents to promote the great
values that historical documents bring about.

The Prime Minister-approved master plan to develop the multi-use value of forests ecosystems through 2030, with a vision to 2050, aims to improve the management and sustainable use of forest resources, create jobs, increase incomes, and improve the living standards of ethnic minorities, people in mountainous and remote areas, forest workers and those living near forests.
