According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee, since 2021, Hoa Binh province has mobilized over 16,485 billion VND from the budget and the legal sources to implement the national target program of building new rural areas.


The people in Bich Tru hamlet, Hoa Binh commune, Hoa Binh city have been participating in the garden model to implement the program of the advanced new rural construction program.

Of which, the Central budget is 562,431 million VND (the development investment capital is 436,115 million VND, the non-business capital is 126,316 million VND); the local budget is 1,342,716 million VND; The integrated capital is 3,531,886 million VND.

In addition, they have mobilized from the legal sources: the credit capital of 10,032 billion VND, the enterprise capital of 445,358 million VND, the mobilization capital of the people's contribution of 571,301 million VND.

The resources have been invested in building the socio-economic infrastructure, and comprehensively developing the people's lives in the rural areas. The results of the new rural construction program have become a driving force to promote the agricultural and rural development.
