Da Hop Trading joint Stock Company, in coordination with the provincial Management Board of Industrial Parks and the Economic Security Division under the provincial Department of Public Security, organised the 2024 All People’s Security Safeguard Festival and the debut of a council in charge of security-order protection and fire prevention of Da River Left Bank Industrial Park in Hoa Binh city on August 11. Participants at the event included Nguyen Van Toan, Permanent Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee; Colonel Do Thanh Binh, Director of the province’s Department of Public Security (DoPS) and representatives from the Economic Security Division and local businesses and units.

The Da River Left Bank Industrial Park, which is developed
and managed by Da Hop Trading joint Stock Company, boasts modern infrastructure
that meets sustainable development standards of a high-quality, environmentally
friendly industrial zone. Currently, the park hosts 31 businesses with over
4,200 employees.
The debut of the security-order protection and fire
prevention council of the park marks a milestone in the coordinated efforts to
ensure security and fire safety in the area, with the active engagement of
businesses and relevant agencies. The council will play a crucial role in
formulating specific measures and policies to ensure security, social order,
and fire prevention, meeting the requirements of the new development period.
Addressing the event, Toan praised the efforts of the staff
and workers of businesses in the Da River Left Bank Industrial Park in the "All
people safeguard national security” movement. He urged businesses pay attention
to not only expanding production scale and improving product quality and
competitiveness but also their employees’ spiritual and mental health. He
emphasised the need for close cooperation with local agencies and forces,
proactive preparation, and equipment allocation to harness collective strength
in effectively ensuring security and fire safety in the IP. Local authorities
were asked to provide support to ensure that the newly established
security-order protection and fire prevention council operates effectively,
contributing to creating a stable production and business environment.
On this occasion, the DoPS presented certificates of merit
to one collective and one individual for their outstanding achievements in the
"All people safeguard national security” movement.

Replacing substandard houses with more sturdy ones by June 30 is the direction given by Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee, at a meeting held in early March by the provincial Steering Committee for the programme to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for the needy.
