The "All people's security safeguarding” movement has continuously developed and strengthened in Nhan Nghia commune of Lac Son district, affirming the role of the people in the cause of protecting national security and social order and safety in the locality. Located in the centre of Cong Hoa area, Nhan Nghia commune (Lac Son district) has a large area and convenient transportation for goods trading and promoting socio-economic development. However, this also facilitates the spread of criminal activities related to drugs, theft, fraud, and property appropriation.
The
model "Dong Lanh self-managed clan" is launched on the occasion of
the All People's Security Safeguard Festival in Vo Do hamlet, Nhan Nghia
commune (Lac Son district) in August 2024.
On the occasion of the All People's Security
Safeguard Festival in 2024 in Vo Do hamlet, the commune launched another model
of security and order, lifting the total of this kind to four.
Notably, the security camera model provides
numerous images of cases and individuals, facilitating the efforts of
authorities in maintaining security and order.
According to Chairman of the communal People’s
Committee Bui Van Tin, the commune is home to 1,500 households and 6,475
residents living in 10 villages, with the Muong ethnic group making up 84% of
the population. Over the recent years, the Party Committee and authorities of
the commune have implemented directives, resolutions, programmes, and
plans by higher authorities in a timely manner.
Attention has been paid to promoting the
dissemination of laws on security and order, traffic safety, prevention, and
fighting crimes and social evils, especially gambling, drugs, and sexual abuse.
The core force in ensuring security and order is regularly consolidated and
improved through training activities. The mass mobilisation work and the "smart
mass mobilisation"movement have been enhanced.
The organisation and implementation of the "All
people's security safeguarding” movement is linked to the movement"All
people unitetobuild cultural life”and the national target
programme on new-style rural area building.
Sectors and organisations in the locality have
enhanced dissemination activities, and mobilised people from all walks of life
to properly implement the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and
laws.
