(HBO) - Ky Son district now has 10 commune-level units, including nine communes and one town. The contingent of officials and civil servants at the commune level counts 213, including 100 full-time officials and 113 civil servants.

From May 2016 to June 2018, the district sent 252 commune-level officials and civil servants to training, including professional training for 46 people, State management training for eight people, political theoretical training for 21 people, and skill training for 177 people. The district has always created favourable conditions for personnel training and encouraged them to self-study to improve their professional skills, thus meeting work requirements. Many local officials now pursue university education in different majors.
Further attention has been paid to increasing administrative discipline. The contingent of local officials and public servants seriously abide by work rules, prevent committing mistakes, raise their high sense of responsibility to fulfill assigned tasks, especially those working at one-stop shop units who are assigned to raise their service spirit, deal with administrative procedures on time without causing red tape.
Reviewing the second-quarter performance, up to 28.16 percent of local officials successfully fulfilled assigned tasks while 69.48 percent did their good job and the remaining fulfilled duties. Not any one failed to accomplish work./.
