(HBO) – The Military Management Board of Lac Thuy District already organized a ceremony to award 94 bicycles for poor pupils in the district who have overcome their difficult circumstances.
During 3 years of implementing the movement
"Accompanying with pupils to school”, the Military Management Board of Lac Thuy
District and the Military organizations located in the locality, the National
Front, other branches and unions of the district already awarded 154 bicycles
in total for poor pupils who overcame their difficult circumstances to study
very well.
Accordingly, in order to continue the
implementation of the program "Accompanying with pupils to school"
launched by the provincial Military Management Department, the Party Committee
and Military Management Board of Lac Thuy District have coordinated with the
Fatherland Front, the mass organizations and unions of the district, the army
offices located in the field and the District Education and Training Board
organized the campaign to mobilize the staffs, soldiers, the Youth members,
members and laborers to donate and support for buying 94 bicycles to award
pupils overcoming difficulties to study well. This is aimed to help pupils
reduce their difficulties and have better learning conditions.
Together with the donation of 94 bicycles,
the Military District Party Committee has also sponsored 5 disadvantaged
children in the district; other unions, military units in the district also
granted for 40 handbags and 13 scholarships to disadvantaged children on the
occasion of the new school year with a total value of more than 150 million
VND. Although these gifts are not big, they express the deep meaning, the
feeling and responsibility of the staffs and soldiers from the military units
in the area, the Youth members, and the workers in the whole district for
disadvantaged children who are striving for better study.
The Department of Education and Training of Hoa Binh province held a conference on March 18 to review the performance of the "Safe and Happy School" Project and set out tasks for 2025. The project, funded by the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF), aims to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for students.
