All branches and sectors in the commune held 31 training courses to implement resolutions with over 2,905 participants. Together with the strengthening of "internal resources", especially attaching importance to security work in surrounding areas, the commune has advised to build security clusters at the adjacent place of Go hamlet - Khanh Thuong - Ba Vi - Ha Noi and Tom hamlet – Hop Thinh to ensure for 48 households of living together and helping each other to develop their economy, regularly maintaining the briefings, timely report to the adjacent security zone linking Ky - Thanh - Ba, Che rock mountain security Zone related to security work and solution mechanism when there is a case of security and order. In the past year, the functional forces have dealt with 5 cases, 17 criminal subjects, coordinating with Ky Son District Poplice to handle with 3 cases according to their authority. They maintain 13 reconciliation groups, 13 patrol groups, self-governing groups and 3 security groups. Thanks to doing good mass movement of homeland security protection and great unity between the government and local people in Hop Thinh commune, the situation of security and order in the area has always remained stable, the social evils in the area have gradually been restrained and pushed back.
