(HBO) - On November 28th, The Ethnic Boarding High School of Hoa Binh province held an exchange program with Shokotu High School, Giphu Province (Japan). This is the fifth year that two schools have held exchanges in Hoa Binh province. There were 70 students and teachers from Shokotu School and a large number of teachers and students from the provincial Ethnic Boarding High School.

In the joyful environment with the openness,
solidarity, teachers and pupils of the two schools participated in many useful
and meaningful exchange activities such as cultural exchanges and musical
performances with traditional and modern singing and dancing performances;
sports competitions in basketball, volleyball, badminton, soccer; the students
cook Vietnamese traditional cakes such as Troi cake, Chay cake.

This is an opportunity for teachers and
students of two schools to exchange, learn and share experiences in many fields
such as teaching, learning and life skills. This will help teachers and pupils
of both schools improve their understanding of culture, society, education and
training in Japan and Vietnam, improve their soft skills, integration skills
and teamwork.
The Department of Education and Training of Hoa Binh province held a conference on March 18 to review the performance of the "Safe and Happy School" Project and set out tasks for 2025. The project, funded by the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF), aims to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for students. The event saw the attendance of representatives from the TFCF and 26 beneficiary schools.
