HBO – Representatives from the Hoa Binh province’s Fund for Children have recently visited Bui Duc Hoang, born in 2011 in Hoi village, Kim Boi district’s Bac Son commune, who is suffering severe burns caused by boiling water. At present, Hoang is being treated at the National Burn Hospital.
At the hospital, the fund
presented 2 million VND to Hoang’s family. As his family is living in an
extremely underprivileged circumstance, the treatment for Hoang is hampered by
a lack of money. Therefore, the fund is calling for support from organisations
and individuals inside and outside the province to help him.

According to the
provincial Fund for Children, since the beginning of 2018, the fund has provided
irregular assistance worth 60 million VND for 56 children who are injured,
sexually abused and drowned. This is a significant activity of the fund to
encourage and support children, both materially and spiritually./.
The Department of Education and Training of Hoa Binh province held a conference on March 18 to review the performance of the "Safe and Happy School" Project and set out tasks for 2025.
