(HBO) - In the first months of the year, the provincial social insurance has actively been implementing the collection of social, health and unemployment insurance, trying to complete the collection plan assigned in the first quarter, reducing the debt ratio of the social health and unemployment insurance according to assigned norms and timely settling the insurance policies for the employees.
The social insurance of Hoa Binh city has
been cooperating with the post office to propagate the policy of volunteering
social insurance for people to attract and develop participants.
They have also actively been cooperating
with the mass media and appropriate authorities to propagate the policies of
social and health insurance in various and diversified ways. The review and
development of the participants of social, health and unemployment insurance
have been promoted through the data provided by tax authorities. They have also
been coordinating with the provincial Post Office in assigning the development
of the volunteering participants of social insurance and family health
insurance to the post offices of the districts and the city.
Up to now, in the whole province there has
been 80,997 people buying social insurance (75,862 people have bought
compulsory social insurance, 5,135 people have bought volunteering social
insurance), 64,991 people have bought unemployment insurance, and 808,371
people have bought health insurance, reaching the health insurance coverage
rate of 93.9% of the population, 0.1% higher than the target assigned by the
Prime Minister in Decision No. 1167 / QD-TTg, dated on June 28, 2016.
In the first months of the year, the money
collected from social, health and unemployment insurance was about 516,000
million VND, increasing 19,612 million VND (3.9%) compared to the same period
in 2019.
Settling social, the policies of social,
health and unemployment insurance, the insurance sector has developed a plan to
review the beneficiary records with the management data of the beneficiary,
strengthened the management of the beneficiaries of the policies of social and
unemployment insurance. They have also decentralized the settlement of pension
policies for the Tan Lac, Da Bac and Yen Thuy districts.
They continue applying
the payment of pensions and social insurance benefits through payment cards
issued by the Post Offices. They have strictly and timely been managed the
increase and decrease of the monthly beneficiaries of social and unemployment
insurance. They have received dossiers and settled the entitlement to social
insurance benefits. Accordingly, they have settled social insurance benefits
for 7,151 turns of people, in which 207 people benefit from monthly social insurance,
852 people benefit from social insurance once; 472 people got unemployment
benefits. The policies for sickness, maternity and health rehabilitation for
5,620 turns of people have been solved.
The Department of Education and Training of Hoa Binh province held a conference on March 18 to review the performance of the "Safe and Happy School" Project and set out tasks for 2025.
