(HBO) – Building a favourable learning environment is key to improving the quality of English language education in Hoa Binh, according to Director of the provincial Department of Education and Training Bui Thi Kim Tuyen.
Local schools
must hold campaigns and create a favourable environment to encourage students
to learn English as ways to enhance quality and effectiveness of the foreign
language educations, she said.
They must also encourageself-learning and self-practicing
among not only students but also teachers and at the same time, fostering
innovative teaching and learning methods in the way that boosts students
language skills effectively.
The campaign will
be implemented during the 2020 – 2021 academic year, she noted./.
