(HBO) - In the morning of September 5th, the district and the city in the province (except for Luong Son, the district implementing the social distancing to prevent and control Covid-19 epidemics) simultaneously held the opening ceremony of the new school year and "the Day when the everybody brings children to school” in the school year of 2021 - 2022. In the context of struggling against Covid-19 epidemic, the opening ceremony of the new school year was held solemnly, concisely and practically in order to promptly encourage the units, the schools, the teachers and all students to be determined to start the new school year.


The representatives of the Provincial Children's Emergency Fund are giving bicycles and gifts to the poor students at Chi Thien Primary & Secondary School (Lac Son).

The group of photos taken by Hoa Binh Newspaper reporters has recorded the atmosphere, the spirit of excitement, happiness with positive energy of the teachers and the students of the schools throughout the province with the spirit of "Good teaching - Good learning – Good anti-epidemics”. 

Many meaningful activities such as awarding the certificates to recognize the school meeting the national standards, launching new libraries and so on have been recorded on the occasion of the opening ceremony of this new school year. During the opening ceremony of the new school year, in the whole province there were 64 schools being honored to receive the certificate to be recogninezed the schools meeting the national standards. The Junior & High Boarding School for Ethnic Minority of Cao Phong district welcomed the students at the biginning grade of the junior school with a solemn and joyful atmosphere, ensuring the conditions for the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemics. 

To ensure the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemics, Do Dinh Thien Kindergarten in Phu Nghia commune (Lac Thuy) applied the information technology to conduct the opening ceremony of the new school year online at 7 bridge points. 

The opening ceremony of the new school year online at The Junior & High Boarding School for Ethnic Minority in Da Bac district carried the message "Good teaching - good learning - good anti-epidemics”.

During the opening ceremony of the new school year, the organizations and the enterprises joined hands to present gifts to the students with difficult circumstances, but they still excelled in their studies, which demonstrated the spirit of "accompanying children to school”.
