(HBO) - On November 7th, on the occasion of 87th anniversary of Vietnam Fatherland Front (18/11/1930 -18/11/2017), the people of Yen Hoa 1 Village in Yen Mong commune (Hoa Binh city) already organized the Festival Day of Great National Unity. Mr. Quach Tung Duong, the provincial Party Committee Member, the Secretary of Hoa Binh municipal Council attended and enjoyed the festival with the local people.

Yen Hoa 1 residential area has 146 households with 580 people and 320 laborers. 100% of the people here live on agriculture, forestry and animal breeding. The lives and activities of the ethnic people in the village are basically stable with economic development; social order and security are maintained with no trouble-spots. The people believe in the leadership of the Vietnam Party, the administration of the State and the activities of many organizations and unions; they actively participate in the campaigns and patriotic emulation movements. Implementing the campaign "All residents unite to build new rural and civilized urban area”, in 2017, the capita income in this village reached 39,5 million dongs/ person/ year, the number of the poor households is only 3 ones, the number of nearly poor households in only 1. 100% of the households always keep and promote the traditional cultural identity. 121/ 146 households in the hamlet are certified as cultural families (accounting for 82,8%), 106 households (72,6%) are cultural families in 2 continuous years ( 2016-2017) and 104 households (71,2%) are cultural families in 3 continuous years ( 2015-2017).

In 2018, Yen Hoa residential area will continue to expand and improve the quality of the campaign "All residents unite to build new rural and civilized urban area” in various integrated forms; to announce and carry out the patriotic emulation movements. They are trying to accomplish all the targets of social- economic development, defense security and missions of contribution to the Party, Fatherland Front and other unions. The work of social welfare is being done well, together with the responses and good implementation of some campaigns such as "Day for The Poor”, "Gratitude Activities”. In addition, they also support, encourage the local residents to promote the economy and help others eliminate the sustainable poverty. They are striving that the economic development will be over 15%, the capita income will reach 45 million dongs/person/ year; 100% of poor and nearly poor households will be taken care of to overcome the sustainable poverty; 85-90% of the households of the village will become cultural families.

 On this occasion, the provincial Party Committee – People’s Council – People’s Committee – Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Binh City together with local organizations, local unions and local enterprises gave flowers and presents to congratulate people of Yen Hoa 1 village. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Mong commune rewarded the Certificates of Merit to 1 collectivity, 1 household, 3 individuals with excellent achievements in the campaign "All residents unite to build new rural and civilized urban area”.
