At about 11:20 a.m. on April 21, at group 9, Phuong Lam ward (Hoa Binh city), 6 students including Tong Hai Nam, class 2A7, Pham Van Dong, class 3A7, Do Thanh Dat, class 3A3, Nguyen Tran Nha Khanh, class 3A5, Tran Huyen My, class 1A1, Tran Le Bao Tran, class 3A5 found an envelope with an amount of 10 million dongs. They handed over the envelope and money to the police officer to find the right person to return the lost property.
