Notably, a forum titled "Workers for Enterprises, Enterprises for Workers" was held, with 1,075 union members participating and 39 feedback and opinions recorded.

Meanwhile, to care for the cultural and spiritual life of union members, 852 sport and artistic events took place, gathering over 15,600 employees. The provincial Labour Federation also ran a Facebook photo contest on the charm of the group, attracting hundreds of entries.

The development of membership was also a highlight. Accordingly, before and during the month, 10 new grassroots trade unions were established; 2,412 new members were admitted; and 548 outstanding members were recommended for Party membership consideration.
