In 2023, Hoa Binh province focuses on implementing solutions to determine employment for workers, such as: Promoting consulting and job introduction; support 50 businesses inside and outside the province to recruit workers; focus on market development, connecting labor supply and demand; strengthen information and propaganda about loan programs to work abroad with contracts and employment support loans; announcing job information and labor recruitment of businesses inside and outside the province... Thereby, supporting workers to quickly return to the labor market.

In 2023, the whole province had over 19,500 workers created jobs, reaching 122% of the year plan. In which, 950 workers were recruited to work abroad for a limited time. From the national loan source to create jobs, more than 7,000 loan workers were selected. Currently, the unemployment rate in urban areas is below 2.2%, the rate of agricultural, forestry and fishery workers is below 53%.
