A seminar on promoting the startup movement among high school students has been held recently by the provincial Department of Education and Training and the Vietnam National University of Agriculture at Tan Lac High School in Tan Lac district of Hoa Binh province.
The event aimed to equipping students with startup knowledge, entrepreneurship spirit and skills; nurture youngsters who are passionate in the field of science and technology while arousing the spirit and aspiration to start their own business.

The hybrid seminar attracted the participation of high-school students in Hoa Binh province, experienced speakers on education and entrepreneurship, professors and senior advisors. Recommendations and advices from experts were expected to inspire passions and motivate students to come up with creative ideas for startups.
Bui Thi Kim Tuyen, Director of the provincial Department of Education and Training, said that the seminar was a practical activity to nurture ideas and passion for startup among students while detecting and fostering students who are passionate in the field of science and technology.
Delegates at the event shared experiences in startup, business activities and human resource needs in the fourth Industrial Revolution, among others.
Questions about startup, mechanisms and policies were also rose by students at the event.
