(HBO) - In the morning of January 26th, the early-hour political meetings of the officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Headquaters took place more specially than usual. After deploying the familiar contents such as reading newspapers and updating the news, all officers and soldiers presenting in the hall looked towards the TV screen, waiting for the most important moment:

Right at 8:00 am, the national anthem sounded loudly. The 13th National Congress of the Communist Party was solemnly opened, starting the official working program.

The opening session of the 13th National Congress of Vietnam Communist Party would be broadcasted live by Vietnam Television at 8:00 am on January 26th, on on VTV1, VTV4, and VTV5 channels. Along with that, there was timely, responsible and professional entry of news agencies, the domestic and foreign press.

In the Youth Communist Union of Hoa Binh Province, the officials and youth members were very interested in the progress of the National Congress. During the first two working days, the 13th National Congress of Vietnam Communist Party has attracted the special attention of all classes of the officers, the party members and other masses, including the enthusiastic members of the Retirement Club from Hoa Binh province. From January 25th, the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party officially began. Millions of hearts were heading to Hanoi Capital, excitedly watching each development with the expectation that this would continue to be a successful congress. In Hoa Binh city, many people also trusted to follow the National Congress.

The congress was taking place, attracting the special attention of the officials, the party members and People of all ethnic groups in the province. On the days of the Congress, all the streets from urban to rural areas were lit up with flags. Many residential areas simultaneously flagged the Fatherland as a practical way to show their passionate love for the country. The red flags with a yellow star were fluttering, contributing to multiplying people's excitement towards the 13th National Congress. It was expected that this would be really be a congress of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Creation – Development”, opening a new period of development for the country and the people of Vietnam.
