In the Youth Communist Union of Hoa Binh Province, the officials and youth members were very interested in the progress of the National Congress. The congress was taking place, attracting the special attention of the officials, the party members and People of all ethnic groups in the province. Welcoming the delegation, Toan provided them with an overview of the province's labour and employment situation, emphasising that in recent years, the provincial Party Committee and authorities have paid significant attention to labour export, created favourable conditions and offered policy support to promote the sending of local workers abroad under contracts.
