(HBO) – The Party Committee of Da Bac district has promoted the implementation of the Politburo’s Conclusion No 01-KL/TW on the continuation of carrying out Directive No 05, the Party Central Committee’s resolutions on the Party building and rectification, and political tasks of localities, agencies, and units. That has helped improve cadres and Party members’ awareness and performance, thus contributing to the implementation of local socio-economic development tasks, said Secretary of the district Party Committee Bui Van Luyen.

Cadres of the district Party Committee’s board for information and education review results of the dissemination of the Party’s guidelines and resolutions among Party cadres and members.

Secretary Luyen said the district Party Committee has seriously popularised and carried out resolutions and conclusions issued by the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board to build the political system; improve the leadership and combatant capacity of Party oraganisations, cadres, and members; and prevent any sign of "self-evolution” and "self-transformation”.

The Party organisation of Da Bac district consists of 37 Party cells and organisations with more than 4,720 members, he went on, noting that all-level Party committees and administrations devised plans for implementing Conclusion No 01-KL/TW and action plans for carrying out the resolutions of all-level Party congresses, including the 13th National Party Congress.

In 2022, Da Bac has recorded further progress in the Party and political system building. It has completed reviewing and supplementing the list of personnel nominated for different positions for 2025 - 2030 in line with regulations; ordered the settlement of wrongdoings in civil servant and public employee recruitment; properly carried out personnel training; reshuffled personnel in accordance with guidance given by the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board; and improved the quality of the contingent of Party cadres and members in tandem with building grassroots political systems.

The district issued a resolution on personnel affairs which targets that by 2025, 100% of the communal-level Party organisations will have had permanent members who are not natives in their Party committees. At present, nine of the 17 communal-level localities in Da Bac have had at least one permanent member of their Party committees who was not local. Besides, the development of the Party membership has also received due attention, Luyen added.

The district Party Committee’s Standing Board has also seriously stepped up examination and supervision; boosted officials’ sense of responsibility; grasped Party cadres members and people’s thought and opinions; and increased examination to ensure subordinate Party cells and organisations properly perform their tasks. These efforts have helped promote Party cadres and members’ performance and sense of responsibility, as well as discipline in administrative agencies.

In addition, the studying and following of late President Ho Chi Minh have been expanded, as seen in many role models in new-style rural area building, natural disaster prevention and control, socio-economic development, and political system building.

In Hoa Binh province, Da Bac district is also taking the lead in applying information technology to governance activities, according to the official./.
