On October 17th, the 38th National Road Cycling Championship in 2024 continued with the athletes competing in the fourth day of events, which included the 500m sprint for both men and women, the 3km women's individual time trial, and the 5km men's individual time trial. The races took place on Trương Han Sieu Street (Hoa Binh City).


The Organizing Committee awarded the prizes to the outstanding athletes.

After a morning of the competition, the athletes completed the 500m sprints for both men and women. The results for the women's 500m sprint: The first place went to Bui Thi Quynh (Binh Duong), the second place belonged to Ly Bao Quynh (Binh Duong), and the joint third place belonged to Tran Thi Thuy Trang (An Giang) and Nguyen Thi Be Hong (Dong Thap).

For the men's 500m sprint: The first place went to Tong Thanh Tuyen (The Army team), the second place belonged to Tran Tuan Kiet (Dong Thap), and the joint third place belonged to Nguyen Van Binh (Ho Chi Minh City) and Ha Thanh Tam (Dong Nai).

In the afternoon, the athletes completed the 3km women's individual time trial and the 5km men's individual time trial. In the 3km women's individual time trial: The first place went to Nguyen ThịiThu Mai (An Giang), the second place belonged to Bui Thi Quynh (Binh Duong), and the third place belonged to Nguyen Thi Be Hong (Dong Thap).

In the 5km men's individual time trial: The first place went to Nguyen Hoang Sang (Dong Nai), the second place belonged to Nguyen Tuan Vu (Ho Chi Minh City), and the third place belonged to Quang Van Cuong (Ha Noi).

On October 18th, in the morning, the athletes continue competing in the 500m men's and women's duo sprints. In the afternoon, they compete in the 3km women's team time trial and the 4km men's team time trial. The race takes place again on Truong Han Sieu Street (Hoa Binh City).
