The Trade Union of the Provincial
Education Sector has been elected as the Head of the Emulation Sector of the
Trade Union in 2024.
The Trade Union of all
sectors include: the Provincial Public Employees' Trade Union, the Trade Union
of the Industrial Parks, the Trade Union of Health sector, the Trade Union of
Education sector, The Trade Uion of Industrial and Commercial sector Trade with
nearly 29,200 members. In 2023, the Trade Union of all sectors have closely
followed the direction and guidance of the Provincial Confederation of Labor to
implement the plan to organize the Trade Union Congresses at all levels towards
the 17th Trade Union Congress of Hoa Binh Province and the 13th Vietnam Trade
Union Congress, term 2023-2028. The work of taking care of the lives,
protecting the legal and legitimate rights of the union’s members, workers and the
social activities of the union is paid attention by all sectors. The emulation
block of Trade Union of all sectors have coordinated to visit and give gifts to
the union’s members and workers in difficult circumstances with 3,000 gifts
with the total amount of 2.6 billion VND; Supporting the construction of 4 new
"Trade Union Shelters” with an amount of 330 million VND; admitting 1,801 new
union’s members and establishing 3 grassroots trade unions.
In 2024, the Trade
Unions of all sectors will continue to carry out good propaganda of the Party's
directives and resolutions, the State's laws, and the Resolution of the 13th
Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028; Promoting the solutions to
propagate, mobilize, recruit the union’s members, and establishing grassroots
Trade Unions; improving the quality of Collective Labor Agreements, trying to
amend, supplement and sign new Collective Labor Agreements with many benefits
greater than those prescribed by law; Organizing the movements of patriotic
emulation among the union’s members and workers aimed at implementing the
socio-economic development tasks of the province and sector.
Since the beginning of this year, under the direction of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Sub-Department of Agricultural, Forestry, and Fishery Product Quality Management has strengthened the integration of the professional activities to promote and guide the organizations and individuals in the production and trading of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products to comply with the legal regulations regarding the use of chemicals, pesticides and veterinary medicines in crop cultivation, livestock farming and aquaculture.
