The Hoa Binh Power Corporation (PC Hoa Binh) has directed its units to build plans as well as arrange resources to ensure stable electricity for local winter-spring crop production.

under PC Hoa Binh and Lien Son pumphouse in Khoan Du commune work together to
ensure sufficient water for the winter-spring crop 2024.
Lac Thuy district has a plan to sow crops in an
area of 7,355 hectares this winter-spring season. With a view to ensuring power
for production, the Lac Thuy power station has enhanced examination and fixed
power grid problems.

Bui Duy Long said that the station has joined hands with the local authorities
to check the power lines as well as powerhouse to ensure sufficient water for
irrigation.
It has worked with the bureau of agriculture and
rural development and the province’s irrigation works operation one-member
company on pumping schedule while expanding the capacity of power stations on
overload to assure stable electricity supply for crop production.

Du commune, Lac Thuy district has provided enough water for rice cultivation
and many other production activities.

Nguyen The Hung, the company has asked power operating units not to pen plans
on switching off power supply for pumping stations (except for the case of incidents)
and to mobilise resources to handle power incidents in a timely manner (if
any).
To date, local power stations have worked with
competent sides to assure stable and safe power supply to serve water pumping
for the winter-spring crop production, he said.
Maximizing local potential and advantages, Yen Tri commune in Yen Thuy district is actively promoting the cultivation of medicinal herbs and turning medicinal herbs into One Commune - One Product (OCOP) products.
