Leaders of the Lac Son District Labor Federation encouraged and grasped the production situation, life of union members and workers at the enterprise.
The program "The Reunion Tet – The Spring Being Grateful to The Party” in 2025 organized by the Provincial Labor Union in Lac Son district in mid-January has brought a joyful and warm atmosphere to the union members and employees in difficult circumstances. At the program, 200 sets of gifts with a total value of nearly 240 million VND were handed over by the union leaders and the sponsors to the disadvantaged employees in the province. Along with that, the art program performed by the union members and employees in Lac Son district was elaborately and uniquely staged, bringing the great spiritual encouragement.

In Lac Son district, there are nearly 8,700 employees, participating in 112 grassroots trade unions. During the past time, the trade unions at all levels in the district have regularly grasped the living and working situation of the union members and employees. They have coordinated with the functional agencies to resolve the policies and regimes, and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the union members and employees. They have mobilized the resources with the total budget above 1 billion VND to carry out the activities caring for the material and spiritual life of the employees. They have supported the construction of the "Union Shelter” for the union members in difficult circumstances.
For the occasion of the Lunar New Year of At Ty, 2025, the District’s Labor Union has developed a plan to deploy to the grassroots unions, conducting statistics, reviewing the cases of the union members and employees in difficult circumstances to develop a plan to support and encourage them to have a warm and full Tet. The district’s Labor Union has mobilized the resources from the province, locality and business community to present over 500 sets of gifts with a total value of over 500 million VND. The gifts include cash and practical necessities for use during Tet. They guided the union members and employees to participate in the online "Union Tet Market” program in 2025 according to the allocation of the Provincial Labor Union to be able to buy meaningful Tet gifts at the preferential price.
Right from the beginning of 2025, the district’s Labor Union has developed a specific program and action plan to guide the grassroots unions in implementation, focusing on the contents of caring for and protecting the legitimate and the legal rights of the employees. Specifically, they organized the conferences for the officers, the civil servants, the public employees and laborers; dialogue, negotiation and signing of the collective labor agreements. In mid-January, the district’s Labor Union announced the decision to admit the union members and establish the grassroots union of MASTER TOYS Company Limited with over 200 union members. This is considered a highlight activity in the first days of the new spring, contributing to consolidating and gathering employees to participate in the union organization.
Ms. Bui Thi Quy, the Chairwoman of Lac Son district’s Labor Union says: With the motto "All union members and employees have Tet”, the district Labor Federation has developed a specific plan to deploy to all levels of unions in the district; paying special attention to the union members, the poor employees, and those who are in especially difficult circumstances with the spirit of "no one is left behind”. We have mobiled the resources from the locality and the business community, philanthropists to implement the activities to care for Tet for the employees. At the same time, many meaningful and practical programs have been organized to improve the cultural and spiritual life of the union members and the employees. Thereby, it has been creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere in all levels of unions, strengthening solidarity, contributing to building a strong union organization, promoting the local socio-economic development.
